One of the best parts about Halloween is living in a neighborhood. Until we moved into our house, I had never lived in a neighborhood before. I never knew what it was like to pass out candy. I mean, we would always go to trick-or-treat at my aunt and uncle's house, so I probably passed out candy to a couple kids along the way. But I never got to pass out candy at our own house. Jerry always grew up in a neighborhood, so this is not always his "favorite" thing to do. My mom and dad have come over each year to watch the trick-or-treaters too, so I know I am not the only one that thinks this is a lot of fun!
We had some friends come by to visit on Halloween as well. Hector and Kym stopped by with gifts for Dean. He loved his Jordan socks! Eddie, Heather, Olivia, Sophia, and Ellie came by to meet Dean and trick-or-treat. They all looked so cute in their costumes--especially Ellie! Grandma Pat also came to check out the little kids. At the end of the night, Bruce, Cherry, Ayla, and Ronin came to meet Dean Michael Campos! We had a great night, but were definitely tired by the end.
